1. Organisation, applicable framework and scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed through glorwin.com and related product or business enquiries. The personal information processor and website operator is Raoping Glorwin Electromechanical Co., Ltd., trading under the GLORWIN brand, located in Raoping County, Chaozhou, Guangdong, China.
Because the operator is established in mainland China, this policy is prepared primarily with reference to the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL) and related Chinese data protection requirements. Mandatory laws in another jurisdiction may also apply to an individual located there.
Personal information means electronically or otherwise recorded information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Business contact information may be personal information when it identifies an individual.
2. Personal information we process
When you submit an enquiry, we process your name, business email address, enquiry type and message. You may also provide your company and target market. The form records your privacy acknowledgement and separate overseas-transfer consent.
The website and its security systems may process request time, IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, error information and security logs. A one-way hash derived from the IP address may be retained briefly to limit repeated or automated submissions.
If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we process the contact details, account identifiers and message content you choose to provide through that channel.
Please do not submit identification numbers, payment-card information, precise financial information, medical information, biometric information or other sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
3. Purposes and basis for processing
We process personal information only to the extent reasonably necessary to:

- understand product requirements and take steps toward a possible business relationship;
- maintain necessary business correspondence and records;

5. Overseas processing and separate consent
GLORWIN is located in mainland China, while the website infrastructure and email delivery used for an enquiry are located outside mainland China. Information submitted through the form is transmitted first through the website server in Singapore and then through the business email service used to deliver the enquiry to GLORWIN.
The principal overseas service providers involved are:
- UpCloud Oy, a Finnish cloud infrastructure provider, for hosting and securing the GLORWIN website on its SG-SIN1 server location in Singapore. Processing may include submitted form fields, IP address and technical request data. Provider information and contact channels are available in the UpCloud Privacy Notice.
- Zoho Group, for encrypted business email transmission and mailbox delivery. The current SMTP service uses the
smtp.zoho.comservice domain associated with Zoho's United States region. Processing may include the enquiry email address, name, company, market, enquiry type and message. Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@zohocorp.com, and further information is available in the Zoho Privacy Policy.
These providers process information to supply hosting, security and email-delivery services and may use disclosed subprocessors under their published terms. You may exercise rights concerning overseas processing through GLORWIN using the contact details below; we will coordinate with the relevant provider where necessary.
Where consent is the applicable basis, the enquiry form requests a separate, specific consent for this overseas transmission and processing. Withdrawing that consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully, but it may prevent us from receiving or continuing to handle an online enquiry. GLORWIN will assess and complete any additional personal-information protection impact assessment, contract, certification, filing or security-assessment requirement that applies to its actual data volumes and processing activities.
6. Disclosure and recipients
We disclose personal information only where reasonably necessary to authorised GLORWIN personnel handling the enquiry, service providers supporting hosting, email, security, backup or professional advice, and authorities or other parties where required or permitted by law. We require service providers to use personal information only for the relevant service and to apply appropriate protection.
We do not sell personal information and do not disclose enquiry information for third-party advertising.
7. Retention
Enquiry emails are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an active business relationship, contract, warranty, dispute, security investigation or legal obligation. We delete or anonymise information when the purpose has been fulfilled and continued retention is not legally or operationally required.
The website is designed not to store enquiry-message contents in the WordPress database. Enquiries are delivered to the business email system. A rate-limit record derived from the IP address is retained for approximately 10 minutes; server and security logs are retained only for the limited period necessary for operation, security and incident investigation.
8. Security and incidents
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including HTTPS encryption, authenticated email delivery, restricted server access, input validation, anti-abuse controls, security monitoring, software updates and protected backups. Access is limited according to operational need. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
If personal information is or may have been leaked, tampered with or lost, we will take remedial measures and make notifications to affected individuals and the competent authorities where required by applicable law.
9. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to explain our processing rules; access or copy your personal information; correct or complete inaccurate information; restrict or refuse processing; withdraw consent; or delete personal information where the legal conditions are met. You may also ask how to exercise these rights in relation to an overseas recipient.
Send a request using the contact information below and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where required by law, for dispute resolution or to protect security. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly seek children's personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should contact us promptly.
